Introductory Sessions

Work with Jacqui to design a session specifically for your staff. These introductory sessions will provide your staff with various tools to assist them with their overall wellbeing. Choose from a range of topics including mindfulness meditation, positive psychology, the science of gratitude & neuroplasticity. Alternatively, choose a 1.5hr ‘Toolbox for Wellbeing’ which covers all of these topics and more.

Longer Programs

Research shows that the benefits of meditation can be felt after just eight weeks of regular practice. Jacqui can provide longer programs to ensure that your employees start to feel the many benefits associated with meditation such as improved wellbeing, decreased stress and even better sleep!

Why?

:

Greater wellbeing

Meditation is proven to improve your wellbeing. What does this mean? Your state of wellbeing is strongly linked to happiness and life satisfaction yet so often our wellbeing is overlooked or taken for granted. The World Health Organisation once said ‘There is no health without mental health’ and Jacqui works with this understanding in mind. By improving our mental ‘fitness’ we can improve our overall wellbeing.

;

Decrease stress

We all experience stress from time to time. Stress is our natural response to pressure and life’s challenges. However, if stress is not managed it can have long term health implications. Meditation is a great tool for managing stress and literally changes the brain so that we are better equipped to deal with stressful situations. This ultimately gives us an opportunity to respond rather than react and invites a sense of calmness into our daily lives.

:

Improved focus & concentration

Have you ever tried working on something only to find your mind wandering off to your plans for the weekend? Our minds wander most the time but the good news is that meditation can help you train where your attention goes. Over time (& with regular practice) you can start to choose what you focus on & have greater control over your thoughts. Work smarter, not harder.

;

Decrease staff absence

According to an ABS study, it is estimated that untreated mental health conditions cost Australian workplaces approximately $10.9 billion per year. Furthermore, that employees who believe their workplace is mentally unhealthy are more likely to take time off from work due to stress, anxiety or depression. (source Beyond Blue) Research in regards to meditation in the workplace, indicates that regular meditation within the workplace significantly improves job satisfaction, productivity and employee wellbeing.
