Finding the right ‘tools’ for your mental health and wellbeing is a bit like finding the right diet in that it can’t be a ‘one size fits all approach’.
I will introduce you to a variety of tools & methods. My aim is to help you to develop your ‘Toolbox for Wellbeing’ so that you know what works for you. Some of the tools I use include; mindfulness meditation, positive psychology, gratitude, visualisation & lots more.
To inspire others through sharing my story of overcoming mental illness & to help individuals build their mental fitness.

Our lives aren't slowing down! With this increase in our 'busyness' ironically we need to learn how to slow things down. Meditation can help you do this.
Jacqui works with large or small organisations to build the mental fitness of their employees. Benefits include decrease in stress levels, better focus & concentration and improved overall wellbeing. All sessions are tailored to suit the needs of your organisation.
Jacqui is the Founder of the Greatfulness wellbeing program. This program has been reviewed by BE YOU (formally Kidsmatter) and is also endorsed by the NSW Education Standards Authority. Greatfulness offers a whole school approach to wellbeing, including programs for teachers and parents. Teacher training of the Greatfulness program is also available.
Limited places are available to work with Jacqui on a one to basis. Sessions are tailored to suit your specific needs (or that of your child). Sessions can assist with worry, anxiety and depression. Jacqui also teaches adults through the University of Sydney's Centre for Continuing Education. This 3 week mindfulness course is perfect for those that are wishing to start their journey.
